Threee Guys brings a new experience and flavor profile to the grill and smoker market with wine barrel smoke bricks. Imagine a charred American Oak wine barrel first used for Pinot Noir, then a late harvest Zin in its latter years, before adding a whisp of smokey flavor to your pork ribs. Mmm.
We source all of our oak barrels fresh and direct from California Central Coast wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries. There is even a high probability that we sampled much of what used to be inside the barrels earlier in the year. To say these are fresh barrels is an understatement.
Two or three smoke bricks tossed on your grill imparts a nice mid-range flavor to all meats, seafood, and vegetables, that is stronger than applewood or cherrywood, but lighter than hickory or mesquite. Definitely enjoy with your favorite beverage(s).
